Tickets which can be purchased at the door are £10 Concession & OGS Members/£12 General and children 12 & under are £5 Astraea Guitar Duo, featuring a guitar recital with American guitarist Valérie Hartzell (www.valeriehartzell.co.uk) and English guitarist Raymond Burley (www.raymondburley.com). The duo will perform works by Machado, Gismonti, Carulli, Scarlatti, Mertz, Telemann, Granados, plus a treat of Christmas tunes to get everyone in the spirit! Raymond has performed at Wigmore Hall, with the BBC Symphony, has toured as a soloist and chamber musician in England, Europe, Canada, and the United States for over 30 years. Valérie has performed in over 30 festivals both in the United States and Europe including the 2018 Latitude Festival on the BBC Introducing Stage, is an international prizewinner in 8 competitions, and was recently featured on BBC Introducing's In Tune on Radio 3.
